Week 4?

Didn't do very much Monday and Tuesday, just conformed some reservations.

Wednesday - busy, busy day! It is the day before the trip to Ibiza, which means I do not have work Thursday and Friday since most of the office goes on the trip, anyway.
First, we made sure everything was ready for tonight, the country stickers, space in the camera, and transferred all emails from last week onto our system.
Then we had to organize everything for the Ibiza trip. The bus leaves at 4:30 AM tomorrow morning and two Intrax kids are going, and they were very last minute so I have been filling in missing information and informing them of all of the options available to them for this trip. I had to research into some of these options because since it is pricier, knowing a lot of details is what they're looking for before they invest into it. Also had to talk to a few potential clients on the phone because they only spoke english, and I speak it best in the entire office.
Lastly, I had to review how everything worked in this office. From uploading pictures to the comapny website, the process of confirming someone for a trip, to the process of trnasfering calls to our bosses. It was a busy day!
